  • Seven Reasons to Pray

    1. Israel Is Still the Apple of Gods Eye and His Inheritance

    • Pray and take a stand for Israel because Israel is still very close to Gods heart.
    • Zechariah 2:8; Deuteronomy 32:9-11; Psalm 148:14


    2. It Is Time to Have Compassion

    • Pray for Israel by being filled with compassion for Israels condition.
    • Psalm 102:13-14

    3. God Commands Us to Give Him and Ourselves No Rest

    • Pray and take a stand for Israel because God wants to establish Jerusalem and make her a praise in the Earth.
    • Isaiah 62:6-7

    4. God Desires to Work through Us for Israels Salvation

    • Pray for Israel so that Israel will be saved. God wants us to receive His heart so that we can pray with accuracy and discernment for the salvation of Israel.
    • Romans 10:1

    5. God Commands Us to Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem

    • Pray and take a stand for Israel because God wants to bless Jerusalem and her inhabitants with His peace and goodness.

    6. Israels Acceptance of Jesus Will Bring Life

    • Pray and act for Israel because the Jewish peoples acceptance of the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) will lead to worldwide revival of unprecedented magnitude.

    • Pray and take a stand for Israel because the Second Coming of Christ is linked to Israels response to Him.

    PRAYERS FOR THE NATION OF ISRAEL:

    • Pray that God would send a move of the spirit to Israel unto salvation. (Act 2:37-41)
    • Pray that God would empower the Messianic community to preach the gospel. (Acts 4:29-30. 2 Thess 3:1)
    • Pray the Lord’s compassion and zeal for them would be manifest. (Isa 49:13-16)
    • Pray that God would protect them from surrounding threats. (Ps 122:6-7, Joel 3:16)
    • Pray that Israel’s prophetic promises would come to pass.


    PRAYERS FOR AMERICA’S JEWISH COMMUNITY:

    • Pray that God would open Jewish hearts and minds to receive Jesus. (Act 16:14, Col 4:3)
    • Pray God would raise up people of peace from within the Jewish community, and that relationships between the Christian and Jewish communities would be strengthened. (Luke 10:5-6,2Cor 13:11)
    • Pray for God’s protection and comfort as antisemitism rises in America. (Ps 122:6-7, Joel 3:16, Jer 30:7)
    • Pray that God would send revival to America and its Jewish people. (Act 2:1-15,6-39)


    PRAYERS FOR THE CHURCH:

    • Pray for God to raise up a global prayer movement of watchmen for Israel and the Jewish people. (Isa 62:6-7, Rom 10:1)
    • Pray for God to give the church his heart for Israel. (Rom 9:1-3)
    • Pray for God to remove the obstacles preventing us from loving the Jewish people as he does. (Rom 11:17-18)
    • Pray for God to give us a provoking witness to the Jewish people. (Rom 11:11-14, Prov 17:17)


    PRAYERS FOR ONE NEW MAN - UNITY:

    • Pray for unity in the church. Specifically for unity between Jews and non-Jews, between the Messianic Movement and the wider Body of Messiah. (Jhn 17:21, Eph 2:14-15, 4:3, 4:15, Ps 133, Rom 15:5-6)​


    ISRAEL’S PROPHETIC PROMISES: (not exhaustive)

    • Righteousness (Ezek 36:25-30)
    • Jerusalem to reflect God’s splendor. (Isa 62:1-5)
    • Messiah to reign over them. (Jer 33:14-18)
    • Regathering of the Jewish people. (Ezek 34:11-16)
    • God to dwell in their midst. (Zeph 3:14-20)
    • New Covenant promises to be fulfilled. (Jer 31:31-34)
    • Jerusalem will welcome Jesus’ return. (Matt 23:37-39)
    • They will be saved from a time of trouble. (Jer 30:7, Dan 12:1)
  • Support Israel

    We encourage the body of Messiah to get involved in giving to those in need in Israel. 25% of Israelis live under the poverty level.


    For if the Gentiles have been partakers of their (the Jews) spiritual things, their duty (the Gentiles) is also to minister to them in material things. Romans 15:27
